I have been joining Ekam Circle organised by Ekam Mitras, Joo Lee, Joo Teng and Li Leng, for the past 2 years. Most of the time during the session, I usually do not have any realizations or reflections to share, cause it seems my mind is always not settled and have many other things to think about .
One Sunday morning, when I had some time with myself, I suddenly feel the connection with myself and people around. I realised for the past 2 years, I am more aware of what is happening to my body, my own emotions and state of mind . I can clearly see many blessings that has flown to me and my family.
